Welcome to Santa Barbara Christian School. We are excited to share our wonderful Elementary program with you. The following activities and deadlines are an important part of the admission process for students entering grades 1-8.

Letters notifying students of Santa Barbara Christian School’s admission decision will be mailed on March 8, 2013.

Assessments
Students in grades 1-5 will be evaluated on our campus. You will be contacted to schedule your assessment once your completed application has been received. Students in grades 6-8 are required to take the ISEE test for admissions and information on the ISEE registration can be found at http://erblearn.org/parents/admission/isee/registration.
Recommendations
Students need to have a recommendation form completed by their current Principal/Head of School and a current teacher. Applicants for 5th-8th grade will need to submit a recommendation form from both a current Mathematics teacher and an English teacher. The school at which your child is enrolled should send the completed forms directly to Santa Barbara Christian School. We also have an optional personal recommendation which should be hand written or typed on personal stationery. Middle School Questionnaire
Middle school students must also complete a questionnaire which can be downloaded the Applications and Forms Page of this website.
