“Let us love not in words or tongue but with actions and truth.” – 1 John 3:18
At SBCS, we believe that we are called to love God and His creation by serving others. We are dedicated to the development of Christian faith, values and character to prepare students for leadership and service. In order to fulfill our mission, we maintain a program of service to our community, our nation, and our world. We have been blessed with tremendous resources, but the key element we must be willing to give to others is ourselves. We accomplish this by maintaining key relationships with service ministries that need our prayer, our support, and our resources.
Our goal is to make outreach to the community a central part of all we do which inspires our children and our families to view service not as “an event” but as a way of life. God’s mandate that we serve is a challenge SBCS is always eager to meet and together we make a difference in the lives of those in need. Moreover, we rejoice in teaching our children how glorious it is to serve and to experience the joy of having a generous spirit.
